Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Storm Sniper LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Gray Family Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Storm Sniper," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of our website and the Storm Sniper™ service. By using our website, filling out a form, or signing up, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Storm Sniper™ does

Storm Sniper™ is a software tool for roofing contractors. It shows hail activity by area and provides property information to help you decide where to work. You are responsible for how you use that information and for following all laws that apply to your business, including rules about contacting homeowners.

Text message alerts

Storm Sniper™ offers a free hail alert text message program. If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our text alerts page, we will text you when hail lands near the ZIP code and radius you choose. Alerts are sent by Storm Sniper™, operated by Gray Family Ventures LLC.

• Message frequency varies and depends on the weather. Some weeks there are no messages at all. During an active storm week there may be several.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
• You understand and agree that these messages may be sent using automated technology.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts.
• Changed your mind? Reply START, or sign up again on the text alerts page, and we will begin sending alerts again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 214-993-9956.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We support the major United States mobile carriers, but we may not be able to deliver messages to every carrier, and delivery is not guaranteed.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• We do not share or sell your mobile number, or any information you give us when you opt in, with third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Your account

When you sign up, you get a license key tied to your account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Do not share your key or let others use your account without a paid seat.

Plans and billing

• We offer one plan, sold by the seat. The price and what each seat includes are shown on the signup page at the time you buy.
• Plans are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose, until you cancel.
• By signing up, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Refunds

If we make a specific guarantee in writing at the time you buy, that guarantee applies. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Contact homeowners in a way that violates the TCPA, Do Not Call rules, or other laws
• Resell, copy, or share the data or the service outside your paid account
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service

You are solely responsible for your outreach to homeowners and for keeping your own marketing compliant with the law.

The data we provide

We work to keep our hail and property information accurate, but we get it from third-party and government sources and we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. The service is provided for your business judgment, not as a promise about any specific property or storm. You use the information at your own risk.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, pause, or stop features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Storm Sniper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
